• Strip out & remove old sectional Gas Boilers
• Supply & Install new DeDietrich boiler house pod type Boilers.
• Complete new s/steel twin wall flues for same
• Replace Gas Fire Hot Water ACV units
  
• Upgrade Gas detection systems
• Supply & Installation of a new full BMS Control package for each boiler house
• Replace all heating pumps & control valves.
• Repair & paint all boiler house floors
• Complete all electrical works
